Yes! All of our tours are available in English and Spanish.

Most of our tours are led by one of our staff members. This is necessary to ensure safety and provide information about the destination. However, we also offer some self-guided options for those who prefer to explore on their own.

Children are welcome at our facilities, but there are some restrictions for safety reasons. These restrictions are designed to protect children from injuries and to ensure that they can enjoy the activity safely. Restrictions vary by activity, so please refer to the page for each activity for more information.

In our adventure tours, which include activities such as ziplining, rappelling, sky biking, etc., tourists must have their hands free to perform them safely. Therefore, it is prohibited to carry loose objects, such as:

• Bags without straps
• Cell phones
• Sticks
• Selfie sticks
• Any other object that could fall or pose a hazard.

A small backpack with the necessary items, such as money, documents, keys, etc., is allowed. This backpack must be well-secured to the body to prevent it from falling.

We recommend booking in advance to guarantee your entry to our park. However, if there is still availability, we also accept last-minute bookings.

You can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund if you do so at least 48 hours before the tour date. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will not be refunded the reservation amount.

You can freely change the dates or times of your trip at any time, as long as there is availability. However, if you change the date of your trip to a date with lower demand, you may be charged a price difference.

Children ages 5 to 12: Child rate

Children under 5 years old: Free admission (if allowed in the activity)

Children over 12 years old: Student rate

Our park has a wide variety of dining options, including Costa Rican cuisine, casados, hamburgers, sandwiches, coffee, and beer.
